You may use Joltbot for its intended community management and entertainment purposes as outlined in our official documentation. You agree not to abuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the bot's functionality.
- Do not use the bot for illegal activities or to violate Discord's Terms of Service.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, permissions, or access restricted features.
- Do not use the bot to spam, harass, or solicit other users.
3. Service Availability
We strive to maintain maximum uptime and high availability. However, Joltbot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and cannot be held liable for any disruptions, downtime, or temporary data loss.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the developers or maintainers of Joltbot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the bot, including any actions taken by server administrators using the bot's moderation tools.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our official support server. Continued use of Joltbot after any changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
